Items will be shipped in 5 days or less (excluding weekends) from Massachusetts.
I will repair any JEWELRY orders that have broken or have otherwise been damaged. I cannot replace tarnished chain as I use non-tarnish chain and cannot prove that proper care was not taken. As warning please avoid getting products wet as chemicals in water/sweat break down the finish on the chain.
Repairs will be free of charge but consumer must pay shipping to me. I will ship it back with no charge to you and keep in touch via email.
